Energy audit of an apartment building
Assessment of the energy consumption and technical condition of an apartment building of more than 3,000 m². Five years of data were analysed and energy efficiency improvement proposals prepared.
Scope of work
Building survey, verification of floor area and construction data, separation of heating and hot water consumption, climate correction, building energy balance, calculation of measures and economic indicators.
Result
The result is a verifiable assessment of the building’s energy consumption and a package of measures for future renovation and cost planning. We also prepared practical recommendations for improvements that can be made without support programmes.
